3. How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Turso (libSQL) database infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to student data is restricted to authorized Medora Hub team members for support and platform operation purposes only.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Medora Hub, including our database provider (Turso), file storage (Cloudflare R2 and Backblaze B2), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and AI providers used to power the study planner and AI tutor. These providers process data solely to deliver the relevant feature and are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Content protection

To protect our Q Bank and video content from unauthorized copying, Medora Hub applies technical measures such as disabling right-click, copy, and screenshot-adjacent shortcuts within the dashboard. These measures apply to platform content protection and do not involve collecting additional personal data beyond normal usage analytics.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hubmedora@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any data we are required to retain for legal or billing purposes.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme (light/dark mode). We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

8. Children's privacy

Medora Hub is intended for medical students and professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from users under this age.
